Eileen descends from Michael and Elizabeth Cox and John & Rebecca Hull of Ohio County (West) Virginia. Hull family history is closely linked to the Cox line with Cox/Hull marriages dating back to the late 18^th century.

The data below is as furnished by Eileen Schwartz. It differs little from our research. She gives Martin Cox's date of birth as circa 1780, while we place it at 1774. She gives his mother's date of death as before 1814, while we place it in 1810.
